PGCPS' Feet Meet Benefiting Special Olympics Virginia Set for April 17
Hosted at the Prince George High School athletic stadium, the annual event brings together students to train and represent their school in a unified track and field meet. This event is aimed at promoting physical activity, fostering new friendships, encouraging teamwork, and inspiring leadership and unity within our school community.
Students Recognized for Achievements During Special Ceremony Hosted by Prince George School Board
On Tuesday, March 12, 2024, the Prince George School Board welcomed dozens of Prince George County Public Schools students, coaches, and advisors to a special celebration recognizing their achievements over the last several months.
Engineers In Training: J.E.J. Moore Students Take Top Honors During 2024 Popsicle Stick Bridge Contest
Students from J.E.J. Moore Middle School entered ten bridges into the contest, with seventh graders Karaline Bailey and Erin Middlebrooks placing first and second in the efficiency rating awards. Sixth graders Abby Boggs, Brooke Mobley, and Amber Ziegenfuss were also recognized as having the event's most aesthetically pleasing bridge.
