If the student is fully vaccinated (meaning has received both shots and it has been two weeks) the student does not have to quarantine. The student needs to monitor for symptoms, if the student develops symptoms, then they need to stay home until symptom free. They do not have to test but if they test it should be day 3-5 since day of contact.
If the student is unvaccinated, then the student must quarantine for 10 days since last day of contact. There is an option to test on day 5 of quarantine, if the student is negative on day 5 or after then they only have to quarantine for 7 days and can return to school on day 8, and if they are symptom free.
