Wall of Honor Nomination - EXPLANATION Due to our proximity to Fr. Lee military base, some of our students, faculty, and staff have family members who are on active duty. If you have a family member who is on active duty, we would like to recognize and honor them with a star on the “Wall of Honor” at J.E.J. Moore. This is an area that is set aside in the school to post the names of active duty service members. Please complete the form above, or just write the information down on a piece of paper and turn it in to the school office or student’s homeroom teacher. Names will be posted as they are received, and they will start going up in the late fall. |
